Frequently asked questions

Every project is different, so we typically like to collect some information before providing a quote as pricing varies depending on a few things such as number of pieces, printing method, paper choice, etc.  

To give you an idea on how much we charge, the ff is an example based on a digitally printed 100 pc invitation cards with envelopes:
SEMI-CUSTOM – $400 average
CUSTOM – $1000 average
**If you are looking for a premium finish such as letterpress/foil stamping, the price starts at $950

Same as the answer above, there are a few variables that are in play and would need more information to provide a quote. Average couple spends around $1500-$3000 for 100-150 person wedding. Cost varies depending on items, customization, quantity, materials, etc.

The sooner the better! A year in advance before your wedding date would be ideal to ensure we organize our schedule and can put you in our calendar in advance. 

The process including design and production typically would be around 6-10 weeks.  Please note save the dates, wedding invitations, and day-of items can be shipped separately depending on where you are at planning.  

*If you require save the dates or have a destination wedding, please reach out sooner

We recommend ordering around 10-15 extra sets of invitations. To avoid small order cost and extra delivery fee, it’s best to account for lost mails, last minute guests, detail shots for your wedding photographer, and keepsakes.

Yes, part of our design process is for you to approve the designs before we send them for production.

what to expect

Our process

no. 1

consult

We’ll connect via a video call to get to know you and your partner, your event, and your vision.  You can book for a free consultation here. Once we have assessed the design project  and established that we are a great fit, you will receive an email from me with a project quote and estimated timeline.
no. 2

we're official

We make it official by having both parties sign our project agreement. Please note that we also require a down payment before working on a project. The rest of the balance can be divided up to 2 payments depending on project deliverables.

design brief

We will send you email you the Project Questionnaire, which you must fill out completely and in detail. You will also be asked to send visual inspirations of your ideas. We will contact you if further clarifications are necessary.

design & refine

We will assemble a mood board to capture the essence of the design direction based on the Design Questionnaire and your own inspiration board. Then we’ll set up a design strategy call on Zoom. Once the mood board has been approved, we will share the design(s) then we will further develop and refine it based on your direction and feedback.

finalize

Once you are completely satisfied with your wedding invitation suite, we will prepare the final design proof and production preferences for your approval. Depending on the initial contract, we would require the final balance to be paid before moving into production. Note: Quotes are subject to change depending on printing method and paper/material choices

production & shipping

We will get your items produced and delivered to your door! Depending on the deliverables and due to the nature of this business, products could be shipped out separately (e.g. Save the dates, wedding invitations, day-of stationery, thank you cards).
