Our process

consult

We’ll connect via a video call to get to know you, your business, and your vision.  You can book for a free consultation here.

Once we have assessed the design project and established that we are a great fit, you will receive an email from me with a project quote and an estimated timeline.

no. 2

we're official

We make it official by having both parties sign our project agreement. Please note that we also require a  50% non-refundable down payment before working on a project. The rest of the balance can be divided up to two payments depending on project deliverables.
no. 3

design brief

At this stage, we will email you the project questionnaire which you must fill out completely and in detail. You will also be asked to send a mood/Pinterest board of your visual inspirations. We will contact you if further clarifications are necessary, and we’ll set up a brand discovery and design strategy call on Zoom. 

no. 4

design & refine

We will start working on three initial design concepts, which will be crafted based on the project questionnaire and your inspiration board. Once a design concept has been chosen, we will further develop and refine it based on your direction and feedback. You will have up to four rounds of revisions included without additional fees.

For website clients, approval of the homepage mockup leads to the next step – testing the design and functions on our staging site.

finalize

When the design project finally meets your criteria and you are completely satisfied with it, we will prepare the final deliverables — whether they are brand files or the final website theme and page styling.

no. 6

launch

We’ll connect with internal stakeholders on your team to present the updated website and share social media assets they can use for promotion. Then, we’ll your new website will go live. We’ll be on call for 14 days to address any concerns.
